Exactly! And love what you’re doing — and like you said, especially in tech and innovation, why should we gender it? If there’s a good reason, based on actual product-market fit, then sure. But to focus only on one group for no reason other than you know or understand or can “relate to” that group because you’re a part of it? Seems a bit gimmicky and limited to certain industries that I don’t need to call out, but they know who they are…and a lot of them may be selling more smoke and mirrors than actual, impactful products and services.
