Good guess, but no, it isn't Brene Brown! The reason I didn't reveal the name of the speaker or her organizations is twofold:
1. I didn't want the article to come across as a sales pitch for this person or their businesses, since it's not about who they are or what they're selling/offering, but rather the strategy behind their effective process
2. This speaker has a strong religious affiliation (not in all of their work, but it's definitely prominent if you look them up), so I didn't want the religious aspect to polarize the audience or overshadow the message behind the post (which can be applied to any speaker/business/sales pitch)
