Hi Howard - you make a decent point here; marketing is critical to find, attract, and convert those customers - and that can be done via either a paid or organic free strategy. Marketing varies greatly by the target audience (and where they can be found), so it's hard to give blanket advice (at least without writing an entire separate article - and I've written many addressing various marketing strategies). That said, for the type of offer I'm alluding to in this article, I typically rely on either passive paid and/or automated free marketing, neither of which take up much time once set up, and the automated free marketing has a flat cost (which diminishes in significance as sales increase).
