Love this! And while it's largely about mindfulness, I most love and resonate with what you say about the education system. Thousands of overachieving cogs in an educational wheel, all working towards straight A's, degrees, and marching towards nowhere...at what point do we start to question this? I was fortunate that my degree was enjoyable and has played a pivotal role in my corporate and entrepreneurial career, but far more people are left in your situation. I was too until business school - from elementary through the start of college, all that mattered were A's and I had no idea why. Thanks for highlighting this - someone needs to shine the light.
