Thanks Andrey! I would love to say that I would consider going on a retreat, but I think I'd miss my dog and computer too much if it lasted more than 48 hours. But maybe if it were only a few days, I could see it. I actually do give myself a decent amount of time on weekends to dive into nature - hiking, beaches, rock climbing, etc. - but not for more than a couple days.
But I'm also a person who gets the majority of my fulfillment from creating, so as much as just chilling or "vibing" or thinking can be healthy or helpful, I think my brain would get productivity withdrawal if I couldn't at least write down my plans for my next project haha.
And thanks for asking - the lobster has peacefully departed lol...and I haven't eaten much lobster since. More sushi and other shellfish, though - just not lobster. Can't pass up a softshell crab ;)
