Thanks, Kristina! Agreed - though perhaps the remote working situation makes this better? Though Zoom doesn't entirely lie either, so those unconscious biases are probably still triggered when they see certain faces and hear certain voices. Imagine if we could all just shine on the merit of our work...is that so revolutionary of a concept?
